Simon Cowell’s Teeth That Cost A Fortune

Simon Cowell’s Teeth That Cost A Fortune

Simon Cowell, who appeared in the early days of popular television programs such as “Pop Idol” and “The X Factor”, was noticed to have yellowed and misaligned teeth. For Simon, who said in an interview that he consumed 40 cigarettes a day, this posed a serious cosmetic problem for someone who often laughed in front of the cameras in almost every reality show.

In an interview, Cowell talked about the process of getting his teeth treated and how it all began. A friend jokingly asked him, “Why are you so rich and still have an old smile?” This question was an important spark that started Cowell’s dental aesthetic process. As can be seen from the image, there was a significant gap between the Central Incisor teeth numbered 8 and 9, that is, the upper front two teeth, as well as significant misalignments in the Lateral Incisor and Cuspid teeth numbered 6, 7 and 10, 11. When all this was added to the excessive smoking, the most logical solution for Simon in those years was procedures such as porcelain veneers, teeth whitening and gum reconstruction.

In 2007 and 2019, Cowell underwent dental treatment and had teeth that looked quite aligned and white compared to his old teeth, but this time he thought it looked quite artificial, so in 2020 and 2022 he replaced his old veneers, which were so wide that they almost did not show his gums, with new and more modern ones to get a more natural look. For his 28 teeth, Cowell embarked on a re-treatment process, and the final version of Cowell looks quite natural and gets rid of the simpson appearance, as he calls it.

Although Simon Corwell spent almost a fortune of £91,420 for the last 28 teeth dental treatment he had done, the expense he made for his teeth, which he changed many times, was quite a lot. Corwell’s treatment and results show that it is more important that the ideal tooth looks natural rather than perfectly aligned.
