All-on-4 treatment is a fast and effective treatment technique in order to eliminate the need for advanced surgery due to sinus lift, bone grafting and bone insufficiency for patients who do not have any teeth. It is the solution for patients who want constant restoration of their teeth in a day. The revolutionary All-on-4 technique allows patients to have a fully fixed (non-removable) tooth on 4 dental implants on the same day.

The All-on-4 treatment uses the titanium screw mechanism as it is in traditional implants, while the abutment system is different. The major difference between traditional implants and All-on-4 implants is how they are positioned in the mouth. In a completely toothless jaw, 6 or 8 implants are used to replace the missing teeth, while only 4 implants are sufficient with this new technique. 2 implants are placed in the anterior part of jawbone where the bone is thickest and 2 angled implants are placed in the posterior part of the jawbone. Two straight anterior implants are placed at a 90 degree angle, while the posterior implants are tilted up to 45 degree angle to ensure maximum rigidity. After these 4 implants are placed, the next step is to place bridges or crowns on the implants.

In all-on-4 treatment, temporary prostheses are prepared according to the measurements taken from the patients before treatment. If the patient has teeth to be extracted under local anesthesia, they are removed and implants are placed. Temporary prostheses prepared by measuring are attached to these implants. After 3 months, permanent prostheses are inserted.

Advantages:

With All-on-4, the treatment is completed in a short time and you can get a healthy appearance quickly.

It is more economical than the traditional implant method for the patients who are completely toothless or who are likely to become completely toothless.

Angled placed implants support the bone quality and prevent damage of anatomical structures.

Chewing force distribution is better because of the use of longer implants and a special angle system.

Here is some information for full mouth restoration, benefits, process, and cost.

Our smile and teeth are one of the very first parts that take attention while we are building bridges and communicating in our daily life. Could be professional or personal life. Confident-wide smile has lots of benefits. We believe one of the best benefit of having a good smile is easier to build up trust via positive vibes. If the person we are communicating with has missing, discolored, unaligned teeth it takes our attention of ours. It is not something that we are trying to look and see, eventually it takes our attention.

For some reason, we do lose our teeth in time

Genetics,

Lack of oral hygiene,

Not doing random hygiene checkups on dental centers,

Periodontal troubles,

Sometimes even pregnancy triggers it.

Chronic diseases.

These are only some of them.

<use href="#safiricon-menu"></use>

FAQ

Here are some frequently asked questions about the full set of implants in Turkey.

<use href="#themeicon-plus"></use><use href="#themeicon-minus"></use>
I don’t have any teeth and I want to get a smile makeover / full mouth restoration, I want to get my teeth done in Turkey, What is next?

The process begins once you make up your mind to get your smile makeover done. Please send us a few photos for a quotation, then we can see the approximate dental treatment plan.

<use href="#themeicon-plus"></use><use href="#themeicon-minus"></use>
What are the options once we lose all or most of our teeth?

Our main aim is to keep your teeth as much as we can and use them. Only at the clinic after getting the required scans and examinations can be %100 sure of the exact plan.

Dental implants require a certain amount of jaw bone. In this case, it can be;

▹ Dental implants & your teeth-based zirconium crowns structure,
▹ If no teeth existed or were not good to use in a new structure then dental implants based, zirconium crowns structure,
▹ All on 4 fixed dentures,
▹ All on 4 finished with porcelain crowns,
▹ 6 or 8 dental implants attached Toronto hybrid structure. Over your implants, a titanium bar is placed. ▹ Titanium bar shaped as individual teeth stumps. Over the titanium stumps individually zirconium crowns are prepared. Looks more natural due to all the zirconium crowns being prepared individually. Titanium bar cost is added to the plan.
▹ If the patient is not suitable for the operation of the dental implant partial/full dentures can be prepared.

<use href="#themeicon-plus"></use><use href="#themeicon-minus"></use>
My teeth are extracted, and I don’t have teeth what are the options?

As long as we have enough jaw bone to place dental implants we can start your treatment and get you dental implants based zirconium crowns, and bridges set.

<use href="#themeicon-plus"></use><use href="#themeicon-minus"></use>
Can I be a candidate for the full mouth restoration?

Certain people can’t be candidates for dental implants or full mouth restorations. Here you will see more about dental implants.

▹ Type 2 diabetes,
▹ Chemotherapy & Radiotherapy receiving patients,
▹ Those people diagnosed with Osteoporosis
▹ High blood pressure diagnosed & prescribed to people can be done under your doctor’s permission

<use href="#themeicon-plus"></use><use href="#themeicon-minus"></use>
How long does the full mouth restoration take?

It is done between 3-6 months usually. Dental implant operation is very quick and painless. Unfortunately, after the dental implant operation, we have to wait for a few months. During the healing period, bone regenerates around the implant. It can be 2 to 6 months depending on the age, jaw bone condition, diet, etc. After a few months, we will be able to build up your dental crowns over your implants.

<use href="#themeicon-plus"></use><use href="#themeicon-minus"></use>
Why are dental treatments in Turkey less costly than in the UK?

Getting teeth done in Turkey price is open end gate. Final price of getting teeth done in Turkey is related with the amount of dental treatments you need. There are several points that affect the cost of dental services.

▹ Material costs; Materials used in dentistry have certain costs. As long as worldwide known brands are to be used it’s pretty much the same for everyone. Such as dental implants, zirconium blocks, and porcelain material itself. Until here costs are the same for dentists in the Uk and Dental centers in Turkey.

▹ Some costs are based on local dynamics, such as rent, staff, electricity, maintenance, etc. Due to economic dynamics between dentists in the UK and dental centers in Turkey have more reasonable costs than in the UK.

<use href="#themeicon-plus"></use><use href="#themeicon-minus"></use>
Are the dental centers in Turkey trustable?

While deciding on where to get your full mouth dental implant treatment one thing should always be on your mind on the front line; ‘’It’s about my health and I should give enough attention while choosing’’

▹ Does the dental center have government authorization to be able to take care of international patients?
▹ Can you see and know your specialist ahead of time? Can you search for him/her? How long he/she has experience?
▹ Does the dental center or clinic has enough experience? Full mouth restoration requires different specialists to work together. Dental implant surgery, endodontics, creating new occlusion, etc.
▹ Is there one dentist completes all the dental treatments? Or different specialists completing treatments with their expertise? Such as root canal treatment done by an Endodontics specialist, Dental implants completed by an oral surgeon.
▹ Did you check any testimonies of their patients? Or randomly placed before-after photos?
Unfortunately like all around the world, there are bad apples and good apples.

Checking the above questions will lead you to a more trustable and comfortable full-mouth implant experience.

Lots of times we have witnessed; patients choose some places due to reasonable prices and the results are not aesthetically satisfying, once the treatment is done they do not reply to the patients. Or doing some shortcuts; preparing the zirconium crowns together instead of preparing the zirconium crowns one by one. This way between the together-made zirconium crowns there is a spot that dental floss or brush can’t access and clean properly. In some cases, literature suggests doing them together on rare occasions. But mostly used for shortcuts and these shortcuts are explained to the patients as specialists doing it to improve their strength.

While doing them no invoices or records of their treatment due to treatment carried off the record. Since no records, they can’t claim any rights. Of course, the trouble is not only losing money at this stage. Health, time, travel, can be suffering pain.

Dentistry carries some risks of failure like any other medical treatment. Sorting out the places and choosing the cheapest one only because the price will increase your risk of failure.
In the end, we all get what we paid for.

<use href="#themeicon-plus"></use><use href="#themeicon-minus"></use>
What is all on 4 fixed prostheses?

All on 4 is a treatment that applied for those patients as a last option. Specific dental implants are used for All on 4. Dental implants are positioned on your jawbone at around 45 degrees instead of 90 degrees. It can be completed with a fixed denture or porcelain crowns. Completing with fixed dentures is less costly, but not as durable as a porcelain finish. The patient needs to be careful while using it and avoid applying too much bite force on it. We use all 4 if we don’t have enough jaw bone to place regular implants and prepare individual crowns or apart bridges. As long as there are enough jaw bone-apart bridges combined mouth restoration is better always a better option.

<use href="#themeicon-plus"></use><use href="#themeicon-minus"></use>
What is all on 6 fixed prostheses?

All on 6, used specific longer implants. Just like in all on 4, 45 degrees positioned implants. The benefit of all on 6 is distributing the weight on more implants. If one of your dental implants will be failed the rest of the dental implant’s structure is strong enough to carry the duty. It can be completed with a fixed denture or porcelain crowns. Completing with fixed dentures is less costly, but not as durable as a porcelain finish.

<use href="#themeicon-plus"></use><use href="#themeicon-minus"></use>
What dental treatments I will need for full mouth restoration?

There is no exact treatment list or price for full mouth restoration. We will prepare the treatment plan based on your needs. Let’s say you have some teeth that can be saved, and they look promising for the new structure.

▹ Dental fillings,
▹ Root canal treatments,
▹ Fiber post-treatment,
▹ Periodontal treatments,
▹ Dental implants,
▹ Sinus lifting.

Veneers can be applied only over the teeth. Here is the blog text difference between crowns & veneers. There is more than one option for the crowns. Can be Porcelain crowns, Zirconium crowns.

<use href="#themeicon-plus"></use><use href="#themeicon-minus"></use>
How many dental implants I will need for full mouth restoration?

Dental implants are a great tool to replace missing teeth and build dental bridges. How many dental implants you will need depends on if we can use any of your teeth. In a healthy mouth, we have 28 teeth exist + 4 wisdom teeth. Our aim is to get you full chewing function with dental implants & zirconium crowns. For example, if you have an upper jaw you have front 7 teeth healthy and usable for the new structure. In this case, on both sides, premolar & molar areas 2 dental implants based zirconium & bridges will get your full chewing function back.

Or let’s say you don’t have any good teeth to use in the new structure and full implants will be needed for full mouth restoration. In this case, usually, 6 or 8 dental implants for the upper jaw, and 6 dental implants for the lower jaw is the ideal amount. The upper jaw can be done with 6 or 8 dental implants. Once we complete with more implants the entire structure will be distributing the weight on different zones in our jaw bone. Which expands the lifetime of the full mouth restoration. Another benefit of having more dental implants is; For example for some reason one day you had an issue with any of your dental implants, gum, or crowns. Fixing this issue will not be affecting your entire structure.

<use href="#themeicon-plus"></use><use href="#themeicon-minus"></use>
What is the warranty for dental implants, veneers, zirconium crowns, and bridges?

Different types of dental treatments come with different warranties. And some of the dental treatments can’t be warranty provided, due to these dental treatments’ success is based on your oral hygiene. Such as dental fillings.
▹ Dental implants are a lifetime warranty provided, and all are able to find all around the world products.
▹ Zirconium crowns & bridges are 5 years warranty provided,
▹ Veneers, Lumineers are 2 years warranty provided.

We build up the zirconium crowns and bridges on them. You can use them just like your own teeth, with no restrictions on your diet at all.
It is the name given to the materials applied in cases of insufficient bone during operations performed in the human body and mouth.

These materials are divided into 4 groups according to their sources.

Autogenous grafts: Graft material is taken from different parts of the same organism.

Allogeneic grafts: This material is taken from the same species that are genetically different.

Xenografts: Graft materials derived from different species (cattle, pig, coral, etc.).

Alloplastics: Synthetic graft materials (tricalcium phosphate).

Guided Bone Regeneration

Independent of the bone grafts explained above, this is the method of creating new bone tissue on a defect-formed area by preventing the migration of soft tissue (epithelial and connective tissue) into the cavity by using a resorbable membrane -a cover- without using graft materials.

Again, the chance of success is increased by using both the resorbing membrane and the graft material simultaneously.

A filling is a way to restore a tooth damaged by decay back to its normal function and shape. When a dentist gives you a filling, he or she first removes the decayed tooth material, cleans the affected area, and then fills the cleaned out cavity with a filling material.

At our clinic we only fill the teeth with the best quality white composite materials. We do not use amalgam fillings anymore. White fillings whether in the back or front of the teeth look a lot more natural than amalgam. Nobody wants to see the old black fillings when you smile or laugh. The material we use is a composite of synthetic resin and glass powder. We can match the colour of the filling to the colour of your tooth, which will enable you to gain a natural look. People will not be able to tell the difference.

A Dental Implant is a small titanium screw that is placed within the jaw bone to replace teeth already missing or are in need of replacement. An implant acts like the root of your natural tooth or teeth.

If you have only one tooth missing then one tooth implant will fill the cap but if you have multiple teeth missing then we can make you an implant bridge that can be held in place by one or more dental implants. Implants are ideal for teeth missing in the upper jaw because when your teeth are missing, your jaw bone does not have the support from the teeth roots.

When the jaw bone does not have that support, your body starts to absorb the bone tissue and as a result, your upper jaw can become very thin, which increases the risk of a sinus cavity collapse. An example of this is when you see people take out their false teeth and their mouth looks like it is being pulled in. This collapse does not occur because of the gums being without the teeth but because of the jaw bone deformation. Dental implants will give the jaw bone the support it needs.

The dental implant cost may depend on the brands we offer and your budget. You have to wait at least 4 months after the insertion of the implant for it to integrate with the jaw bone. This means you have to come back for a second visit to have your crowns inserted.

Hair loss is an uncomfortable problem that affects both men and women. Hair transplant is a cosmetic surgery procedure in which the hair is moved from the areas of intense growth to the bald area.

Although hair transplant is thought of as creating new hair, it is actually the transportation of existing hair. Hair loss usually occurs at the front and top of the head. In hair transplantation, the thick hair on the back and sides of the head is moved to the areas with hair loss.

Hair loss is mostly caused by genetic and hormonal reasons. Hair thinning and baldness become more visible with age. People who are in good health, still have thick hair on the scalp and have realistic expectations are suitable for hair transplantation.

Before hair transplantation, local anesthesia is applied to numb the scalp. A piece of the scalp is removed with a surgical knife. Hair and hair groups are carefully separated from the scalp. These healthy hairs are placed in tiny incisions made in balding areas. This process is repeated several times during a treatment session.

After hair transplantation, discomfort such as a feeling of tension and pain in the scalp may occur. In this case, it may be necessary to use painkillers. Antibiotics may be prescribed to reduce the risk of infection. It is necessary to wear a bandage on the scalp for one or two days.

The newly transplanted hair will fall out approximately 2 weeks after the procedure. This is normal and paves the way for new hair to grow. In most cases, results are visible after 6 months. In some patients, this may take up to 12 months.

Hair thinning and hair loss may continue even after hair transplant. For best results, it may be necessary to use a medication that treats hair loss. These medications can slow down and prevent hair loss. In this way, the natural hair appearance can be maintained for many years.

It is recommended to wait for hair transplantation until the age of 30 and above, when hair loss slows down and becomes more predictable. People who do not have enough hair and people who experience hair loss due to medications such as chemotherapy are not suitable for the treatment.

Since natural hair is used during hair transplantation, completely natural-looking results are obtained. Thanks to recent technical and technological developments, it is possible to achieve much better results.

Inlays and Onlays are used to repair your teeth in case they are broken, chipped or a cavity is present. Inlays and onlays are used in molars or premolars, when the tooth has experienced too much damage to support a basic filling, but not so much damage that a crown is necessary. An inlay or outlay can be considered in case of where a filling can not be the optional treatment. As the name suggests, inlays lay deeper in the tooth structure whereas onlays lay more or less on the surface of the tooth. Inlays and onlays are stronger than traditional fillings and can be matched to your natural tooth/teeth color.

In order to replace the natural lens, which is removed during cataract surgery or refractive lens exchange surgery, Intraocular lenses are artificial lenses that are surgically installed inside the eye. Other visual issues like astigmatism, nearsightedness, and farsightedness can also be treated with these lenses.

Intraocular lenses are intended to resemble the natural lens of the eye and are often manufactured of a transparent, biocompatible substance like silicone or acrylic. They are available in a range of sizes, shapes, and flexibility options to accommodate various eye types and corrective requirements.

There are several types of Intraocular Lenses available: Monofocal, Multifocal, Trifocal or Toric. Each with their own unique features and benefits.

Millions of cataract and refractive lens exchange procedures have been successfully performed worldwide using intraocular lenses, which are a secure and reliable choice for vision correction. It’s vital to speak with an eye specialist to see if intraocular lenses are the correct choice for you, since there are dangers associated with any surgical operation.

New Generation Premium Trifocal Intraocular Lenses

Trifocal intraocular lenses are a more recent variety of intraocular lenses that have grown in acceptance over the past few years. Surgically implanted inside the eye they are made to offer precise vision at three different distances: up close, midrange and far, to focus on objects at various distances without the use of glasses or contact lenses.

Trifocal intraocular lenses work by dividing incoming light into three focal points. Unlike monofocal or bifocal, which only offer clear vision at one or two distances, this offers a larger field of view.

In order to treat nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism, trifocal intraocular lenses are often made of a transparent, biocompatible substance like silicone or acrylic. To enable complete binocular vision, they can be used in both eyes.

Why choose Trifocal Intraocular Lenses?

The lens in the eyes has a flexible structure that varies as people age; as a result, this harmonic structure deteriorates and eye issues develop. The intraocular lenses also grow opaque with advancing age and develop cataracts. With trifocal intraocular lenses surgery the patient regains vision after having this opaque material surgically removed and replaced with clear lenses. After this operation, cataracts don’t come back. The inserted lenses can stay in the eye for life and do not need to be taken out because they do not hurt the eye.

What are the advantages of Trifocal Intraocular Lenses?

After the procedure, people with normal ocular nerve layers and translucent layers start seeing immediately.

Faster healing period.

No need for near and far glasses after the treatment.

Quicker return to social life.

Low cost compared to other methods.

Who Can Have Trifocal Intraocular Lenses Treatment?

Those over the age of 40 to 45 who do not wish to wear glasses due to myopia, hyperopia, or astigmatism can undergo surgery to implant trifocal intraocular lenses. Moreover, cataract instances and age-related vision problems that develop in later ages can also be suitable for it.

No Touch Laser surgery is a minimally invasive procedure that uses a laser to perform surgery without physically touching the patient’s body. It is one of the methods used to eliminate refraction problems in the eye.

During the No Touch Laser surgery, the patient looks at a distant light source for a while, as still as possible. Due to the placement of anaesthetic drops in the eye to prevent burning, stinging, and exposure to light, the patient does not feel anything. The treatment process is completed between 30-50 seconds. In most cases, both eyes can be treated at the same time.

One of the benefits of No Touch Laser surgery is that it can result in less scarring, less pain, and a shorter recovery time compared to traditional surgical treatments. This method is especially recommended for patients who have a thin cornea or a steep corneal surface, to correct long distance or near vision problems. It can also be applied on patients who have had previous surgery.

Who can be treated with No Touch Laser?

Individuals over the age of 18 can be a candidate to have the No Touch Laser surgery, even if they have had eye surgery before. This treatment is done to correct far and near vision disorders and astigmatism. Since the No Touch Lasersurgery does not require any cutting on the cornea and no substance comes into contact with the eye, it is very useful for those who do not want to have an operation because of fear or due to any problem. It is much more comfortable for the patients.

Why No Touch Laser?

Your specific needs and circumstances will determine whether you should have eye surgery. Some people may find it challenging to drive or read due to visual issues, which can have an impact on daily life. Several considerations for choosing No Touch Laser surgery are listed below:

Correct Vision Problems: Many visual issues, including astigmatism, nearsightedness, and farsightedness, can be resolved with eye surgery. Consider it if you have been having vision issues that cannot be resolved with the use of glasses or contact lenses.

Improve Quality of Life: By lowering or removing the need for glasses or contact lenses, eye surgery can enhance your eyesight and quality of life and let you participate in activities without the trouble of corrective eyewear.

Medical Conditions: Surgery on the eyes may occasionally be required to treat diseases like glaucoma or cataracts. Surgery may be necessary to treat certain diseases in order to retain or improve vision because they can lead to vision loss.

Convenience: Eye surgery can be a convenient option for those who lead an active lifestyle or have a job that requires clear vision.

Cost: No Touch Laser surgery can be less expensive, and it requires less time to recover.

What are the Advantages of No Touch Laser?

Low cost compared to other methods.

Short operation time. The process is completed between 30 and 50 seconds.

Both eyes might be operated on the same day.

Can be done in patients with thin corneas.

Does not require eye cutting or touching.

Safer and with less complications after treatment, since no incisions are done.

Patients start to see as soon as they get up from the operating table.

No recurrence of increasing the numbers after the surgery.

Myopia, astigmatism and hyperopia problems can be treated at the same time. All problems are eliminated at the same time

Eyes are not covered with a bandage after the surgery.

Short period of dry eye post surgery.

No risk of retinal rupture.

No increase in intraocular pressure.

Reduces the risk of high astigmatism.

It is possible to preserve the general condition of the cornea.

Ensures that the resistance of the eye against impacts does not decrease.
